Luminist 2 was created in 2008 as part of a larger collection of works. Named for the 19th Century artist movement that focussed on light and the ideal combination of architecture and nature. Sparks created these works at dusk and dawn, capturing the distinct and transcendent light of the ‘betwixt and between’ (1).
